Yes, in the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
We offer a flexible returns and exchange policy in case if you are not happy with your purchase. Please note that all items should be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Returned merchandise should include all original tags and be exactly in the same condition as when it was received. Used, washed, altered and damaged items cannot be returned.
You can return all or part of your purchase within 15 days from the date you originally received it. Please, reply us using the email we sent to you with your order confirmation e-mail. Send the package using an insured postal carrier of your choice to make sure that the package arrives back to us safely to the address indicated the following address:

We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. Please make sure that the items are returned in a sturdy package (such as a padded envelope or box, similar to the way the items were originally sent). As soon as you have the tracking number for your return from the courier, please e-mail it to us at email@example.com or submit using our contact form.
We will process your return within 1-3 business days from the moment the items are received at our warehouse. All returned goods are thoroughly inspected before issuing the refund and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged or if they do not have their original tags attached. Once return is processed we will notify you via email.
If your return is refused because it does not meet our Returns Policy, you will be notified via e-mail and the item(s) will be sent back to you at your cost.
The cost of returned items that meet our Returns Policy will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the form of the store credit to your account at nenonchos.es.
Shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping fees
Nenonchos.es reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
If you want to get a different item, different color, or need a different size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) before placing a new order. You are responsible for the shipping fees on the exchange order.
If you are exchanging an item because we shipped to you a wrong article, your new order will be shipped using Standard delivery shipping option free of charge.
